When you use enhancv.me, we process the following data to generate your resume:

• CV/resume content you provide (file upload, LinkedIn URL, or pasted text)
• Job description text, if provided
• Your selected language preference
• Your IP address (used solely for rate limiting and abuse prevention)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your CV content and job description are sent to a third-party AI model to generate a formatted one-page resume. We retain your submitted CV content, job description, generated resume, edits, ATS analysis, and any uploaded files for up to 90 days for service quality, debugging, and abuse prevention. After 90 days this data is automatically deleted.

3. Data Retention

Submitted content and generated outputs are retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted. Payment records are maintained by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policies.

4. Your Consent

By submitting your CV content through our service, you consent to the processing of your data as described in this policy. You may choose not to use the service if you do not agree with these terms.
